Families can choose to pay tuition in one payment, twice/year, or in monthly installments. There is a registration fee of $250 per student.

Co-Enrollment

Full Enrollment - Hybrid

This plan allows your student to be fully enrolled at CGA as a hybrid student (three days remote, two days on-campus).

Cornerstone Global Academy participates in the NC State Education Assistance Authority (NCSEAA), which offers funds for private schools for students in kindergarten through 12th grade.

What is the Opportunity Scholarship?

The Opportunity Scholarship is a program that helps pay a portion of independent school expenses. The purpose of this program is to increase a family's choices when selecting a school for their K-12 student by providing funds to pay a part of an independent school's tuition. Awards are determined by the NCSEAA.

You may create your MyPortal account anytime.

The Opportunity Scholarship application for the 2024-25 school year opens on February 1, 2024. The NCSEAA expects to notify families by early April.

How do I apply?

What is required to qualify for the scholarship?

Eligible students must be NC residents and be in a grade between K and 12 for the 2024-25 school year. An application must be completed with the NCSEAA. There is no longer an income cap to qualify. However, priority consideration for funding will be decided by household income.

Create a CGA account

This is the first step in submitting an application to enroll at Cornerstone Global Academy.

Fill out an enrollment form online

Once you have created an account, please login to begin the online enrollment application.

Speak with a CGA staff

Once you have submitted your enrollment online, we will schedule a phone interview with the parent(s) of the student.

Complete academic diagnostic testing

We will begin the process for your student to complete an academic diagnostic testing online.

Receive academic plan and curriculum

Our team will put together an academic plan based on the result of the diagnostic testing, and create a tailored curriculum to address any gaps.

Start classes

Your student can now begin classes through a choice of paper or digital curriculum. Your student will also have access to our online learning platform, AP courses, on-campus intensives, and career planning services.
